Sulacsan founded NXI Search driven by his passion in the MEP industry. For the past three years he has developed the expertise, knowledge and trust of many of the people he works with prioritizing value, relationships and a deep understanding of the market.

The aim with NXI is to become a leader in the market, to be difference from a typical agency. To become the go to search partner to your hiring needs, combining top class service and build long lasting relationships moving the industry forward.

Outside of recruitment, Sulacsan is a Man Utd fan, an outdoor lover, loves hiking, badminton and F1.
